Telephone support is the primary means of helping clients resolve any technical problems that they may be experiencing. We have Customer Support Specialists always at hand to give support over the telephone. 

On specified days, as well as by appointment, ZAMNET carries out client installations and Internet clinics. This service is extended to customers who prefer to bring in their computers for configuration and diagnostics at the ZAMNET offices.

To cater for those clients who would like ZAMNET personnel to assist with their installation in the comfort of their business premises or homes, we offer on-site installations at very competitive rates. This is a value added service that most clients appreciate.
