Download the
msxml3.cab file extract the files, copy the extracted
dll files to
c:\windows\system and reboot. |

For all options click the file name and select "Run" in
the pop-up
dialog.
Msxml3sp2setup.exe will install MSXML 3 SP2 on your
computer,
msxml3sp2msm.exe and msxml3sp2cab.exe will ask you to
accept the
EULA, and to specify a location to save the file.
