Maintaining trade links vital for Zambia

PRESIDENT Banda says it is important for Zambia to maintain and improve trade links with other countries in the region and beyond as this will encourage foreign investment in the country, develop new markets for local products and create employment. This is contained in a statement issued in Lusaka yesterday by special assistant to the President for press and public relations Dickson Jere after the arrival of President Banda from Swaziland where he travelled to attend the 14th annual Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA) summit.......
