Mr. Mwazya was appointed as Managing Director at Zamnet on 1st March 2014 after having worked for quasi government (Zamnet) and a Telecommunication Association in Mozambique as Chief Executive Officer. Whilst at Zamtel, Mr. Mwazya held positions of General Manager, Regional Director, Regional Principal Engineer, Regional Area Manager and others.
Mr. Mwazya has sound experience in ICT planning, implementation and Management, cross-functional assignments in large integrated fixed-line/Mobile/GSM operations dealing with voice, data and internet business segments; Optic fibre technology and Vsat, Leased Lines and Broadband Technology; Fixed-line and wireless technologies, various transmission, switching and core network systems. In-depth understanding of Network Management Systems (NMS) and Operations Support Systems (OSS), Business Support Systems (BSS); experience in project management through execution of projects with varying scope and complexity at LAN and WAN levels based on an understanding of client business processes, strategic goals and technical infrastructure; solid experience in Commercial Management, Sales and Marketig, Customer Care and Public Relations, Product Development and Pricing Strategies.

Florence was appointed Finance Manager at Zamnet on 21st January 2013 after having worked in quasi government for 22years, She has worked in the following positions at Times Printpak Zambia limited:
Chief Internal Auditor- she played a major role in ensuring that internal controls were in place and procedures were being adhered to.
Finance Manager - She drove the finance department ensuring that all staff performed their duties efficiently and effectively in the production of information for Management decision making.
Financial Accountant - She ensured that company finances were properly accounted for. This required comparison of actual against budgets ensuring that all expenditure was within budget. She contributed to the preparation of Financial Statements for the company.
Revenue Accountant- She contributed significantly in ensuring revenue for the organization was properly recorded, receipted and banked. Collection of debts was intensified, thus improving the organization cash flow.

Mr. Katebe was appointed Business Development Manager in May 2016 taking a key responsibility to expand the overall business portfolio of ZAMNET. Mr. Katebe brings a diverse set of skills as well as an extensive Marketing and Sales, distribution and people management expertise.
He gained extensive experience after working for Rothmans of Pall Mall which later changed to British American Tobacco for 12 years as Branch Manager, Regional Sales Manager, National Sales Manager and Trade Marketing and Distribution Manager.
Mr. Katebe later worked at FINCA Micro Finance as Marketing Manager and successfully managed areas of Risk, Credit, and financial empowerment among SMEs.
He further worked at Tyre King Zambia Limited as Marketing and Sales Manager expanding the footprint of sales outlets in Lusaka and Copperbelt.
Mr. Katebe further took up senior positions under Faith based institutions as General Manager at Misprol Investments Limited (UCZ) and St. Ambrose Trade Centre (Catholic) respectively driving the strategic Commercial Business Units to achieve financial sustainability.

Lazarous joined Zamnet in 2004 and initially started as a Network Specialist and later was appointed as Operations Manager for Northern Region, the position he held for 3years. He moved back to Lusaka and was appointed Head of Broadband Services, the position he held until he was appointed Technical Manager in 2013.
Over the years he has worked with computer networks, including LINUX, UNIX and Windows Server Operating Systems and applications. Designing and deploying data communication networks using various technologies including Vsat, Optic Fibre, Wireless and Power Line Communication (PLC). He has gained vast experience in Local and Wide Area Networking and various Networking devices such as Application Servers, Communication Servers, Access Servers, Routers and Firewalls that comprise the Zamnet network solutions.
At Planning level regularly availing strategic information about broadband infrastructure to other business units including base station footprints and capacities. Spearheading the design and deployment of core infrastructure required to deliver high quality broadband services and ensuring that broadband infrastructure is closely monitored and optimized for delivery of high quality services.
Determine training and budget required for the unit and ensure adherence to planned expenditure.
Previously worked at the University of Zambia as junior Network Engineer and LEAD Southern Africa LEADnet coordinator. Currently he is studying for the Masters of Engineering Degree in ICT from the University of Zambia, School of Engineering.
