Our Story

ZAMNET Communication Systems Ltd., established in 1994,[1] is primarily an Internet service provider (providing dial-up, broadband, wireless and satellite Internet access), but also provides the following services:
• web hosting,
• web development,
• network services, and
• training.

ZAMNET is also the domain name registry for the .zm top-level domain and also provides the services of a registrar.
It has four manned points of presence (POPs) in Lusaka, Kitwe, Livingstone and Solwezi, virtual POPs in Ndola, Luanshya and Mazabuka, and a drop-off point in Kabwe.

Customer Support Operation Hours

ZAMNET support is available from 08:00 hours to 17:00 hours from Monday to Friday and from 08:00hrs to 13:00 Hours on Saturday.
 
Account Managers

ZAMNET assigns a specific Account Manager to Corporate Customers. This means the customer will have one point of contact for any dealing with ZAMNET. This system is taken very seriously by ZAMNET, and customers are encouraged to give feedback to top management on how they are getting along with their account manager. This is however not exclusive, as customers are free to contact any member of staff.
